We Bought This For Caravanning

Bought this in March 2011, the portable sounddock is great, we bought it for caravanning and as we don't use many sites with electrics...but we love our music... we rely on solar power for TV etc.,(don't watch TV much, prefer to listen to music) We bought the purposely designed Bose bag to carry the Sounddock in together with a 12 volt charger and it has never let us down. We sometimes use it plugged into our Roberts solar DAB radio (Planet Rock is brilliant... so too is Classic FM)We also own a Bose DAB Wave CD system and that is fantastic and hooked up to our TV at home....close your eyes and you are in the arena listening to your favourite band, with either system, I also used the Sounddock with my laptop and that's great too.

Just Amazing !!! Heard It At A Clients

just amazing !!!

heard it at a clients house, sounded so clear and crisp playing classical music that I asked what is was.

next day I bought one in john lewis's.

350 quid, worth every single penny.

how you get such a clear rich sound out of a a4 size box is just witchcaft!

go and get one...now

Oh. and after being plugged in overnight, the battery lasts 9 hours. pluged in in again for an hour and it was good for another 4 hours !!!

Throw Away Your Cds And Stereo System - The Bose S

Throw away your CDs and stereo system - The bose sounddock Portable is the 2000's!!!This is the follow on product from the Bose Sounddock, with the main difference being it comes with a battery as well as being able to run off mains for power and charge, and also has aux in cable to plug in to TV or PC. The sound quality is much better than the original (and the original was mind-blowing). It is particularly good in a bathroom but even in a big lounge you it is great - You would sometimes think artists were playing live in your house and this was worth the £200 by far. I'm getting better acoustics than I did from my TV surround sound package and floor-standing speakers put together. You'll get a good 4 hours from the battery if playing at a reasonable level but best to leave it plugged in constantly. It is also a show-piece for visitors and looks great with the rotating iPOD dock - Well, I thought so until a friend offended me by asking if it was a new JBL speaker!
