Peugeot 406 Coupe 3.0 V6 Review

Good Points
Beautiful to look at, very well appointed, long servicing intervals, not expensive servicing.

Bad Points
A tad thirsty...but it's a 3 litre !

General Comments
Like a few others, this is my 2nd Peugeot 406 3L V6 manual. The first was a 2000 which was a company car, and now I'm on a rare 2003 in Solstice Gold, one of the last to be made. In between I owned a Jaguar X type 2.5 , which was horrible.

Unlike the other reviewers, I had no problems with either vehicle, and being a sales rep, drive 35,000 miles per annum.

I frequently park in public car parks etc, and on returning to the Pug, think, damn thats a good looking car ! I have had hairy builders and cool school kids, saying, nice car mister !

All my other sales rep friends drive BMW 3's/5's or Benz's , so whilst I haven't got the badge on my driveway, I believe I have the better car both aesthetically and in terms of running costs.

I would have to search far and wide to find a better vehicle than this.
