Good Points
The service is exemplary! The welcome, the advice, and the service at the table all make you feel like you are an important customer.

The menu is extensive (even a vegetarian one now) so it can be really hard to choose, in which case you have the wonderful taster menu with seven courses. I've been lucky enough to eat there several times, and have had many wonderful meals and dishes.

Lunch at this restaurant will remain one of the highlights of my life.

Bad Points
None really - this is a really wonderful experience, and with the set menus you need not break the bank to experience it.
However, difficulty in booking can be frustrating, but it is due to huge demand.

General Comments
Gordon Ramsay's restaurant is a lovely restaurant. Plenty of room between tables which are laid out with beautiful crockery. The service is friendlier than you'd think for a top notch restaurant, but they are always attentive and professional without any tendency to be pompous, which I've experienced in other top restaurants.



The food is just wonderful!! I had the vegetarian taster menu last time. Overall, I feel there is less choice for vegetarians on the main menu, but the taster with its 7 courses was stunning. The food looks wonderful, and you can taste the premier ingredients and appreciate the clever way dishes are composed and presented. My first coffee wasn't as wonderful as I expected, as it had the taste of sitting in the filter machine a little too long, but the next one was perfect, together with lovely ice-cream strawberries and petit fours.



I absolutely lovely this restaurant, and friends I've recommended it to agree. It's a great place once you get a confirmed booking!

I found this review not helpful because...

<br/>I was of the opinion that the review is supposed to be of Gordon's website and NOT of his restaurant! The reviewer has completely ignored the website and concentrated solely on the restaurant which makes his review irrelevant. He/she should post the review in the appropriate forum and not in a website review.
