Like others I have failed to get my goods delivered after money was taken instantly and am getting no replies to emails. I am now contacting Nochex to try to get a refund.

I wonder whether in fact they hold no little or no stock and the lucky reviewers whose orders arrived quickly just picked something they had at hand.

At any rate I shall never order again. Truly dreadful.

I ordered a bottle from them and payment was taken straight away. My order did not arrive after the 5-7 days delivery period. I emailed 3 times over 3 weeks and got no response. It wasn't until I raised a ticket with the payment merchant who contacted them that the item was delivered. This is a terrible company, they do not respond to emails and there is no telephone number. I do not believe my item would have been delivered if I had not complained to the payment merchant.

Ordered 2 bottles of spirits for a special occasion. Checked the sites delivery times and these gave it plenty time to arrive.

So after 10 days and all ive got to show for the money they took in an instance is nothing.

As other reviewers have stated you expect quicker delivery times and far better service than what this site has to offer.

I've sent 3 messages, no reply! Ive tried to phone, found a number online but just an answer phone.

I've been in contact with nochex who took the money to see if they can get me a refund as I'd rather take my custom elsewhere.

In all my years as a consumer this is the worst service ive ever had. I wish I'd read reviews before I purchased as i defiantly would have used another supplier.

Had heard about Black cow vodka on C4, found that the vodka emporium stocked it and so ordered a bottle. ordered on the monday and recieved on the thursday. Lovely drink and recommend both the vodka and supply. Courier knocked a bit load if I was to moan about anything!!

I WOULD HAVE SAID THAT THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE VODKA EMPORIUM WAS ITS GREAT STOCK LIST, THAT IS UNTILL 2 BOTTLES DIDNT TURN UP AND EVEN THEN I HAD TO INFORM THEM. IT TAKES THEM DAYS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS, THEY DO NOT HAVE TELEPHONE CONTACT, THEY CAN NOT CONFIRM DELIVERY DATES ITS ATLEAST A WEEK BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENS. ITS OBVIOUSLY A HOBBY FOR SOMEONE. I WILL REMAIN WITH THE DRINK SHOP/ HI-SPIRITS/ V.I.P DRINKS WHO KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.

I liked the Absolut Vodka limited edition bottle,was nice pink with some shades,however i ordered it and the item came completely diferent then in a picture.very dissapointing! Also the delivery was left by neighbours house garage?!?!?! wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!

I was keen to get my hands on the Crystal Skull vodka and the vodka emporium didnt let me down.

The website was very user friendly and because i knew what i was looking for i was able to complete my purchase in under 2 minutes, and then spent the nex hour looking at the rest of the website thinking about what my next purchase would be.

The delivery was very speedy and the product was packaged with care. Always a worry when you are buying glass objects over the internet and they are being delivered, but there was no way that this product could have been damaged.

Overall very pleased with the service.

Vodka Emporium - supplying ABSOLUT - ly no service at all.

This retailer offers a good selection of products at competitive prices, however having placed an order with them I found their customer service to be very poor.

I received an order confirmation email, and payment was immediately charged to my card. The item was not shipped in the timescale quoted so I called the quoted customer service number, during office hours. I was unable to get any response on this number despite trying to call forty or more times over three days. I left voice mail messages that were not replied to and I sent emails that were not acknowledged or replied to.

I filed a claim with their payment processor and the retailer shipped the item the next day, one assumes after being notified that a claim was being made! No dispatch information or confirmation was ever received.

It was delivered 4 days outside their quoted delivery timescale and was no longer required. As yet I have had no response to my requests that the retailer arrange collection of this item so will be pursuing the claim against them for funds to be returned to me.

If you have plenty of time to wait and don't mind being kept in the dark then go right ahead and order, otherwise, I'd steer well clear.

I don't really drink anything other than vodka & enjoy the many flavours in the Absolut range. The Vodka Emporium offers even more variety than anywhere I've previously shopped & I've discovered flavours I didn't even know existed! The Vodka Emporium is an easy site to navigate, offers quick shipping (well packed too) & excellent, personal customer service. This was my first order but I'll buy from again for sure.

Easy to use website and great service....prompt delivery....just fab!... Would use again for birthday gifts, my friend was thrilled and facebook a pic of the open box and bottle of vodka.... Great success.

E mailed a question and very quick reply and this was after payment.
