Good Points
Good location, good menu, cheap drinks

General Comments
I use Wetherspoons/Lloyds bars all over the country and this one in Kingston-upon-Thames must be one of their worst run establishments.

Having spent a Wednesday night there, with hardly any beers on - they didn't even have any Guinness! They had run out of most of the food as well, including chips. One of our party ordered a pie (with chips) that was served up just with peas. When he enquired about the chips, they just said they had given him extra peas becuase they didn't have any chips! though they eventually brought him out some mash.

Next morning went in there for breakfast, another total dissaster. No sausages and no change in tills, half an hour after opening. Had a moan at some young idiot who calls himself a "Manager" and he told me to "Go away".

I also have experienced the same bad conditions in this place, the staff are really just zombies. I would however suggest one visits their MOON UNDER WATER in Hounslow. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, food is always served quickly and hot. A professionally run pub, by people who know what they are doing!
