Good Points
Jobs: A general site featuring over 100,000 U.S. jobs posted in the most recent 30 days.
Resume Quantity: More than five.
Searchable Resumes: All, which is great if you are targeting different types of jobs. Each resume is part of a profile, which includes up to three job categories, your preferred commuting distance, and the locations to which you would consider relocating.
Cover Letters: More than five text cover letters of up to 4,000 characters each.
Applications: Supported, using your choice of resume and cover letter.
Search Features: Filtering by location, up to three categories, and keywords.
Bad Points
Resume Formatting: Text only, either by pasting the text directly or uploading a word processing file (which the site automatically converts to plain text).
Resumes are limited to 10,000 characters.
General Comments
Agents: No RSS feeds are available.
The Career Builder website is a good place to post your resume and create search agents.
Recommendations for them: Double the allowed size for each resume. Support HTML resumes, including CSS. Double the number of characters for keywords in searches.
