Good Points
My god, anyone who has read this book will understand the slogan 'Foley is Good'. Not only is his good homour mixed with detailed descriptions of his life exciting, and a pleasure to read, it proves remarkable that one man could remember so many things.

As many people would believe, this book does not try to support the arguement that wrestling is not a fixed sport, but gives the reader a genuine insight into a magnificent sport, based in all corners of the world, from UK to Canada Japan and back again, and it gives a magnificent person in this sports history the credit he has well earned many times. His incredible mind is portrayed very well, as well as his pain encurrred throughout the countless injuries. Anyone, wrestling fan or not, should at least read some of it, as it is a incredible book by a incredible man.

You most likely think i'm lying. Well, i swear on my heart, that i read all 500 odd pages in four days. That's how damn good it is!

Bad Points
Its a *Number1 New york times Best Seller* and your asking for the bad points give me a break!

General Comments
Wow! What a book Have A Nice Day by Mick Foley is! Being a big fan of wrestling and of Mick Foley, my anticipation of reading this book was immense. Weeks searching for one of the greatest books I have ever read, and it was well worth the wait. From the first sentence Mick Foley has you hooked, and like a good headlock, you can't break free. From his rookie days, to when he won the WWF Title, this book gives a deep insight into how Professional Wrestling companies are run, and I can honestly say, this book had me chortling out loud. From his punches at fellow wrestler Al Snow to his poems about his childhood friends, this book will have you in stitches, from Page 1 to Page 400, and the fact that this book was hand-written over 8 weeks simply adds to the admiration you will feel for Foley as you go through this book, A truly exceptional masterpiece if literature. Mick Foley, I salute you!!!! This truly does prove that (some) wrestlers aren't just immune to pain. Mick foley shows a fresh style of talent, with enough grit to show that it is written by someone with true memories. From the offset the book tells the story of Mick Foley, a nice man who enjoys theme parks and eating ice cream in bed (whilst watching Nickelodeon). It is almost surprising to read that the king of both 'hardcore' and 'the Japanese death match' had a stable upbringing and was a good student who went to college and got good grades. This book is a truly intresting read and even those not interested in wrestling cannot help butr be amazed by some of his stories (losing ears, travelling africa ect). Wrestling fans are also catered for and readers will be fascinated by the referencdes too then unknown wrestlers including 'Stone cold' Steve Austin and 'Paul bearer'. BUY IT
