Good Points
Everything - food excetional, the hotel especially the foyer area beautiful we had booked a standard room, but was incredibly spacious with fantastic views, huge en-suite and little extra luxuries like bath robes king sized bed & mini-bar

Bad Points
Breakfast service was a little slow and on requesting an iron & ironing board took 45 mins to reach us.

General Comments
Overall a truly fabulous and memorable experience at the Balmoral Hotel, expensive but worth every penny!!
