Good Points
They pay interest on checking
Bad Points
- Hard to deposit money (have to mail them)
- When getting cash out, you have to send them your ATM receipt to get reimbursed for the fee
- Bad customer service
- Started nickle and diming customers by charging them for things here and there
- A feeling of not being secure when banking online
General Comments
I have been an Everbank customer since 2000 when they first started to be a bank. I got their free checking account and recently opened a business checking account. My relationship had been ok up until now when they started charging different fees that came out of no where. I have not been charged for those fees the whole time I have been their customer. I called to complain and the customer service manager told me that these fees have always been there. I told him that I have my statements and I have never been charged. He started raising his voice and we had a shout-out. Can you imagine a customer trying to give them a feedback and he was fighting with me. I do not need this kind of service. I am leaving this bank how ever hard it is to switch banks and never look back.
