Good Points
The T191 is a well designed stylish phone. It is lightweight, compact and easy to carry around. I could get good reception and never missed a call due to inaudiability of the ringtones.

Bad Points
I found the phone difficult to get used to and difficult to navigate. The menus were not altogether user-friendly and it took me a long while to get used to the phone.

General Comments
A stylish phone that's easy to carry around. Keep the manual handy when you first start using this phone.
