Electrolux EOG10000X

Regret buying this oven with intregal grill. The grill has never worked properly and we have had the engineers out 3 times to try and fix the problem of the grill goinbg out after 10 mins cooking time, parts have been replaced, etc. and still the grill goes out after approx 10 mins. this am i was grilling breakfast and after the first 10 minsa the grill went out 5 more times in the next ten minutes. Will have to call the engineers in again and this time think will ask for a full replacement. The oven is ok but the main heat comes from the bottom and if you have two dishes in the lower half of the oven the cooking time goes up considerably. As it is g gas cooker have to wait one week for engineer to call as the company Electrolux use does not have many gas engineers
