★★★★☆

Good Points
Power to car, Size very good, Very stable, Many safety features, Smooth body lines, Very comfortable driving position with fully adjustable seats and steering wheel.

Bad Points
The 'A' Post (front pillar) causes a blind spot, some models experience problems with steering columns and rear springs, and the drop links require changing at relatively low mileage, but are cheap to replace.

General Comments
The Mercedes Benz A Class A160 is a nice car. It is comfortable on long runs, and is high off the ground, giving good all round vision. It is economical at 45+ on long runs, and it has a very useful seating arrangement for the odd load, soft goods, or when moving house. It is very easy to keep clean due to the smooth body-lines. There are no hubcaps to lose with the standard alloy wheels.

I would recommend it to my friends.
