I agree with you. My 85 year old mother was billed £19.71 for a 7 minute call. They transferred her to the number she wanted and continued to charge their exorbitant rates. I am pursuing this with BT complaints procedure, having spend more than an hour on the phones so far, and not being able to access a manager with the authority to cancel the charge. BT are abusing their customers...
