Meg Heath Kennels Lincoln

The first time I had to drop my dog off at a Kennel I was nervous and didn't want to leave him. He was still young and got nervous in this new environment with the other dogs barking and was crying in his kennel when I put him in. Sarah (the owner) could see how uncomfotable I was and told me I could text or call her at any time during his stay to see how he was. I took this opportunity and got answers straight away that my little boy was just fine. When I picked him up I could see that I had had no reason what so ever to be nervous! I picked up a very happy and tired dog who had had a lovely time with lots of exercise and playing. I have been using Meg Heath several times since then and my dog now jumps out of the car and walks to the gate wagging his tale. He goes straight and happily in to his kennel and I feel so safe and comfortable leaving him there.

Staff is very friendly and will look after little extra needs your dog might have.

High standards with jabs etc. so you know your dog will not be coming home with any sort of disease.

I've used Meg Heath a few times now and our dog loves it so much she wanders straight in to her run of her own accord!

I have no qualms recommending the kennels - our dog is part of the family and I'm very fussy about who we'd trust her with but we'll happily use Meg Heath Kennels when we just can't take her with us.

We have followed with interest and admiration Sarah's work with springer spaniels at the rescue centre and now the sanctuary. We were delighted when she announced her intention to open a small boarding kennel.Our two springers have now boarded there several times. The kennels are spotlessly clean and well organised and the dogs are given plenty of exercise and attention. They are happy,healthy and relaxed when we arrive to pick them up.

Due to family illness I needed to kennel my elderly blind labrador quickly. Meg Heath kennels looked after him with kind and loving care and did not mind at all when I rang worried about how he was. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding relaxed knowing he was in good hands. He was his usual cheery else when I collected him.

All the dogs that were there were happy and friendly and I had no hesitation in booking Benson back in for our holiday in September.

Everywhere was clean and organised and most important of all the dogs were happy.

We have used Meg Heath Kennels in Lincoln a number of times after our Spaniel was enrolled in one of their puppy training courses. The care and attention is second to none with our Spaniel often reluctant to leave.

I have known Meg Heath Kennels for a number of years, I have found them to be very caring where the dogs are concerned. They is a very capable person, when looking after her own dogs as well as the rescue dogs she looks after. The kennels are always spotlessly clean, the dogs well exercised and all the dogs' needs are met. They works tirelessly for the rescue dogs, keeping them going when most people would have given up. after a lifetime 'in dogs' I only have three of my own left now, but wouldn't hesitate to leave them in their capable hands, knowing they would be well looked after.
