General Comments
The Sony NWE-405 MP3 player does not read all MP3 files (apparently the Sonic Stage software converts all files into the Atrac format, but for some files it does not work); I got the "cannot play" message for many of the MP3 files that I had and could read on my computer. When I called tech support, they told me that that's just the way it is. well, that's just NOT why I decided to buy an MP3 player! I am returning it tomorrow!!
