Vax VZL-6015

4 hoovers in just over 12 months, the last hoover wasnt not covered under their warrenty as it broke days after the warreny ran out and even tho it ws the same problem as the other 3 they would do nothing, customer support is not existant and even management wont respond to problems would never use again

Vax seemed to be a cheaper alternative to a Dyson. But, as the saying goes "you buy cheap, you buy twice". We have replaced the belt that drives the brush several times with Vax supplied and 3rd party alternatives. The cleaner works but the clattering noise accompanying it is deafening. Phoning the Vax customer care line, their message system said after 4 minutes that I was no. 1 in the queue and then that I was no. 14 in the queue - at this point I gave up! Reluctantly it's back to Dyson

I think the Vax VZL-6015 is only suitable if it is lightly used on a high carpet setting so no pressure put on belt. If you're using it every day like me to pick up animal hairs then it will be expensive.

Well, the Vax VZL-6015 is just NOT good really. Poor customer service, slow: takes ages for problems to be sorted out. It took me 2 months or more to get my problem sorted. Does not work well too heavy unit hard to lug around the the telescopic handle is a mission to get into the top of the unit its very very very bad product design.
