Good Points
Good projection, intonation and slotting. Beats my Bach 37 hands down! Virtually identical to the Conn Vintage One but less expensive. Modular valve weight allows you to dial in the projection level to the venue IE Church, outdoors, Auditorium.

Bad Points
1st and 3rd slides required a break-in period. Would have liked a case that didn't look like it belonged to a 6th grade student! Minimal storage space in the case. :-(

General Comments
I am very pleased with the King 2070 horn. I have the larger bore size. I would have liked to have had the 2 tuning slides and the double case a'la the Conn V-1 but then it would no longer be cheaper than the V-1. The other players in my jazz ensemble said I have a fatter sound with this horn than I did with my Bach 37. This horn plays so in tune I had to unlearn some bad habits I picked up from trying to get my Back to play in tune! Over all this is a good lookin' horn that is fun to play and a good value.
