My experience with this company has been a disaster. The issues I experienced include:

1) They claim to have found me the cheapest fare. I went online and found a cheaper deal almost immediately for the same origin, same destination, with the same number of stops.

2) They miscalculated the total amount. After making a hurried trip to the bank to transfer teh money, they called to ask for an additional check to cover the difference.

3) Misspelled our names on the tickets. Had to call and email repeatedly and almost harass them to get them to correct it. No attention was paid to us after the money was received. No apologies received whatsover.

Overall, a simple transaction took longer than necessary, become overly complicated, and created unnecessary stress. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
