Good Points
User friendly- easy to use and master. Has many features as on pricey models. For such specs and price, is certainly a value buy.

Bad Points
Not many outlets in Malaysia or other parts of the world, thus not that popular as compared to Nokia, Erricson, or Motorola.

General Comments
Alcatel needs better models and strong worldwide marketing strategy to compete with other popular brands in order to stay "alive", and with multi choices for varied customer satisfaction.
