Great if you can get it to work.
Bad Points
Difficult to follow, complicated recipes, and not practical for those who work all day.
General Comments
I tried this book for a couple of days and gave up. It is just not practical for those of us who work full-time. The recipes are complicated, ingredients hard to get hold of, and I really do think this is a little hard on the body. I am sure there is an easier way to detox than this.
