Good Points
Nothing we shop at Safeway but refuse to do business at the Starbucks in the Safeway. We drive across town. We tried over 15 times and the service was always terrible and the product substandard. I have spoken to both the manager of the store and the Starbucks to no avail. It is a disgrace!!!!

Bad Points
Floors dirty, finger prints everywere. Every time out of the 15 times the Chantico sp was requested we were told it was unavailable they did not have any or it would take 15-20 min to make it. Unprofessional and a bad representation of the Starbucks name. When I buy at Starbucks I expect quality this is worse than Dennys

General Comments
The worst experiance was when my son bought me a mint mocha chip and thought he got a chantico booth were watered down versions of the item when I went back an employee was bringing dairy products in because they had been out when we got ours basically they were made with water and tasted terrible They offered to replace them I just took my money back and the young man at the counter made a nasty remark about how I had been unpleasant about it. We use to consider our trips to Starbucks once or twice a week as an indulgence now I am wondering why I thought they were so special.
