Good Points
Good web site

Bad Points
In my opinion an absolutely disgraceful company to do business with.

General Comments
Not content with continually fobbing us off with what can be best described as "half truths" and "waffle", we never actually recieved the plate that we paid for nearly three months previously. It appears the donor vehicle was in a lock up somewhere with the owner away in the forces and the Department of Transport apparently want to inspect it (the MOT expires shortly too). This final explanation was completely different to the previous "stories" told (quite eloquentley) by several other members of their staff. Once the sale had proceeded all further contact is by a member of "Admin" a clearly defined "hands off" Policy. They claimned to have been in contact with the owner when I clearly suspect they hadn't. They obviously have severe failings in their systems that resulted in them offering an item for sale that couldn't be delivered. It has taken them over 2 months to finally communicate with an element of truth. I would not touch this company with a rusty starting handle, I recommend that you stay away, you have been warned!

Unfortunately, when you are brokering a sale on behalf of a third party, you are at their mercy. Ideally, you want to be able to tell the customer exactly what's going on, but sometimes the seller changes their mind, or decides to move abroad, or whatever, and this affects your purchase and, inevitably, your view of the company you're buying from.

The fact of the matter is, it's not in the company's interest to not be honest with you as you will never be a repeat customer, and you won't tell all your friends what a great service you received. All they can do is tell you what's going on at the time you ring in and, sadly, a lot of the time, all you have to go on is what the owner of the numberplate has told you, which could just be rubbish.

If you buy a numberplate which is government stock, or the dealer's own stock, the transfer will proceed very quickly and efficiently as you are not relying on a third party.
