Some staff who work for this firm do try hard
Bad Points
They misrepresent their holidays.
They treat customers as if they don't matter.
All they want is your money.
Customer service is a concept they haven't yet grasped.
General Comments If you are unfortunate enough to have booked with this company, I hope all goes ok for you because if you try to call their contracts Management team you will be on hold on average for 30minutes at a time. Please, please, please do not book through Airtours.
Airtours - This tour company have recently caused so much stress for so many people. They have repeatedly misinformed me about a situation in a hotel in Mexico, namely the Viva Wyndham Azteca in Playacar. I have spent so much money trying to call them for the information I need. They won't send anything in writing, and they have managed to ruin a holiday we haven't even been on yet!!! How's that for "customer service".
