General Comments
The Fuji Finepix S602 handles and feels like a classic 35mm SLR.
An excellent all-round camera - there are several other Fuji models like it. If you like photography then this camera is for you. Manual, Aperture, Program or Shutter preferred settings, as well as Auto. Also Scene photography. Variable ISO speed up to 1600ASA. All the lighting and white balance settings, sports/multiframe/P-in-P/time delays/fixed focus and lots more. Being able to put on filters and add-on lenses gives even more scope - don't get too carried away though as vignetting can occur :(
Hot shoe flash gives you complete verstility and super-macro takes you down to 1cm.
I have taken some excellent pictures underwater - no, it's not waterproof, but with an EWA-Marine bag from 'Cameras Underwater', you get untold photographic opportunities in the water - diving or snorkelling.
