I've been having problems with my panasonic DVD RV31. When playing VCDs, the picture quality is choppy, in audio and video, but there is no problem playing regular DVDs. Does anyone know why?

If you have purchased a Panasonic DVD player and experienced the deadly H02 or H03 error shortly after warranty expiration, contact me via email for potential participation in a class-action lawsuit.
