Good Points
Seem reasonably priced
Bad Points
Do not respond in a timely manner to e-notes or returns requests for faulty goods.
General Comments
Earlier this year, I bought a complete set of parts for a new PC which was built by a friend. The problems started when the warex remote mouse stopped working. Using another mouse, I logged onto my account, contacted Ebuyer and asked for a returns authorisation (REM number). That was on the 3rd Dec. As of 9.30 on the 18th December, that REM request is still "awaiting action". This is despite me sending an E note asking for action on the 12th December. This e note is still "awaiting processing". Trying to get through to ebuyer is unlike any experience that I have ever had before. Definitely bottom of my list of shopping sites.

I read your review with interest Bryn. I had a nightmare of a time myself in September getting in contact with ebuyer. After 4 weeks of playing enote tennis with them and spending £20 in phone calls to their non-existent customer support line. I resulted in contacting trading standards. I suggest you do the same.
The way they treated me, left me nearly £100 down. Visit "Ebuyerdotcon" and have a look at some other issues.
Take a look, and drop me a line telling me what you think.
