This DVD teaches you the basics of Wing Chun and also shows how you could apply these moves in a real-life fight scenario! This DVD is a great learning tool if you want to master the art of Wing Chun but can't afford to attend classes.



The DVD is well-made and presented and includes slow-motion replays to allow you to observe the execution of various manoeuvres. All in all a solid buy and a great way to add the secrets of Wing Chun to your arsenal of fighting styles.
