Smells lovely, pale gold colour, nutty smooth tasting stuff.

General Comments
Norway's Jalsberg is a lovely cheese for salads, sandwiches, with a cracker/biscuit or cut into cubes. It is not so good melted, grilled or to cook with unless combined with another cheese (cheddar for instance).
Great taste, no nasty aftertaste.
