Ordered product a month ago, still no delivery

General Comments
Games Planet: I ordered a ps2 game off this company before christmas as a present. Now a week into the new year the game has still not got delivered. Worse still this company never answers the phone number that they provide on the website.
The christmas period could not be used as an excuse in my opinion as all other online companies managed to deliver within a week.

I have similar problems with this company. I downloaded a game which will not install and they did not send the activation code for that software. I have sent emails to their 'support' team and had one automated reply with a ticket number but no progress links to that ticket and I am waiting and waiting for a response from them. The next step is to try to get a refund, ha ha.<br/><br/>Will post more if there is a satisfactory conclusion. If I don't post another comment, you will know I have been ripped off.<br/><br/>Why can't these companies behave like proper companies?

I am having trouble with this 'company'.
