General Comments
My Targus Laptop Case case was repaced without quibble or delay.
I was recently allocated a very old company TARGUS laptop case which was missing a shoulder strap, and had several broken zips, as well as having a lot of gouges & nicks. The case had certainly seen better times, having obviously endured many rough helicopter & pickup transits, - we are oilfield trash people.
I e-mailed TARGUS on the basis of the Lifetime Guarantee mentioned in the brochure found in a back pocket, about the possibility of a replacement. I qualified this with a request for a backback unit, as my back is in poor condition.
The case was replaced almost immediately, even though I had not fullfilled their request to put returns docket & address info in the case. (Please do this, it helps them.)
Good people to deal with.
