Good Points
Was ok while it worked.

Bad Points
Noisy, and unable to get a workman to fix it.

General Comments
Purchased this Hotpoint Ultima WMA60 Washing Machine 24 months ago, it has always been noisy (but could close the door and was ok) It has now stopped draining and spinning and I called several repair men who wouldn't touch it. Eventually got someone to have a look who advised it was a broken circuit board which is £95 to purchase then labour on top. I have been unable to source the part so far.

Phone Hotpoint direct. Labour 89.98, parts free for first 5 years & 12 mth guarantee on repair.
