Good Points
This club has the ability to make the player really feel in control of his shots. It also allows for a more precision oriented game.
Bad Points
Since the club is a blade, you almost always have to hit the ball perfectly square in order to get the desired results(but this is expected). Some players may not like the fact that the head is slightly smaller then the normal i3+, which would lead to proportionally smaller sweet spot.
General Comments
On the whole I would recommend the Ping i3+ Blade club to someone whose handicap is at least an 8. This club in particular forces the player to make exceptional contact with the ball in order for it to take the desired path through the air. This however also allows the player to "shape" their shots much more easily. In conclusion if your a relatively good golfer and would like to add a bite of precision to your game this club is for you. Now on the other hand if you a beginner and don't feel really comfortable with your irons do not get this club.
