General Comments
I purchased a single trip cover for august 2004. Insure and Go Travel Insurance charged £40.00 for the cover and £1.00 for postage and packing. To this day I still have not received my certificate in the post, despite writing to them and to Superdrug (the company advertising their insurance) and I have had no reply from either. I have a copy sent via email but I'm incensed at paying £1, (I know its only £1 but it's the principle) for a copy of everything to be sent by post and not getting it. Plus they ignored me when I spent time writing to them to ask where it was!
I just hope I don't have to make a claim!

I made a claim when I was delayed over 24 hours from New York to Edinburgh. I received £20 and was told I had only been delayed by 15 hours. This was clearly wrong and the information I gave was misread. When I tried to explain this to Insure I Go, I got no reply. This is no way to treat customers and I am really disappointed in this company.

God if you have to make a claim you will never hear from them.

I had exactly the same problem. I payed for a printed certificate and never received one despite repeated phone calls.
