Trade Sales, Slough, Berkshire

Got a pre registered Ford Ka(6 months old) £5800.Initially pleased,but on further inspection I dicovered the passenger electric window didn't operate,it had been in a crash and been resprayed and the interior floor was wet.

Went straight back to be told by the salesman--that it was "Sold as seen" !!!!

Would not trust or recommend them.

Rude patronising not helpful! Asked the price of a car the salesman told me it was not for sale, I asked why has it sold?? he said I can't tell you that information, he then went on to say it's 45k car hmm doubt it for a 2008 plate mini he made an assumption I could not afford it and did not try to show me other cars, as an alternative silly man as I was ready to by a car. Feel sorry for the owner having staff that don't even try to sell cars would never buy from there.

Whilst looking on line for the car I wanted and reading all about them i thought i would visit trade sales. On arrival we had a look around and was greeted by a member of management in a welcoming manor. After a brief chat about a Nissan Qashqai I was hooked and loved it. As I wanted finance and it was the end of the day I was phoned the next morning. The lady which helped with this was very helpful. There was only 1 hiccup with registering the car as it is on Irish plates but this is because of DVLA and not a problem. Very friendly and polite staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone. If a certain member of management reads this review thank-you very much for the apology but it wasn't needed :)

i had been looking around for a nissan qashqai and found one at this car dealers i phoned and arranged to go view the car (110mile round trip).On arrival i was met by a very enthusiastic car sales man who showed me round the nissan but refused me a test drive?. i must admit he did let me move the car 20 feet he said he was scared the boss might see him..any how the car was just what i was looking for even down to the funky flip top ash tray / coin pot so i put a deposit down with the promise of a 100 point PDI the chap even asked me what a PDI was? i had paid for 12 months road tax £115 gave over £120 cash and agreed the £5 change to go in the tank (diesel)a week later with bankers draft in hand i went to pick it up.. quick look round the car every thing seemed fine so of i go home ..once home i had a chance to have a good look over the car and it seems that the fella who valets (wipes over the car with a dirty shammy)missed the ash on the top of the steering column (non smoked in car but the sales fella did seem to like his) i found ash i found nose pickings on the sun visor the leather was water marked and the ash tray was now missing and i beleave the £5 for fuel went in the sales chaps pocket...after phoning and talking to the sales chap we agreed he would forward an ash tray and a £50 payment to go towards the cost of having the interior cleaned .5 weeks in and nothing but lies and deception phone call after phone call lie upon lie my fault i should have driven up there again and got it in writing i did think that i was being treated honestly .i was going to buy another car from here for my wife do you think i will go back NOT A CHANCE

Just bought a new (pre-registered) Mondeo from Trade Sales and I'm really pleased with the car, their service and the price. It took a couple of days more than expected for the car to be re-registered (i.e. available for collection) but other than that I have nothing but praise for the transaction. The new car I bought was full UK spec but had been pre-registered in N. Ireland. From observation, they drop the prices of cars by about £300 every month until the car sells hence the different prices of similar models. This is the first review of anything I have ever bothered to write and I have done so to counter the stuff I'd read about rude salesmen. Not true!

All the staff at tradesales are kind, friendly and straight to the point and were very helpfull when it came to buying my car.. I would definitely recommend tradesales to any one looking for a new car much better in price comparison to main dealers. The main showroom was a bit nippy and the staff where very loud but overall 10/10 for service.
