Good Points
The good point is that we were transferred.
Bad Points
Flies are surrounded everywhere. We slept in reception all night because there were no rooms. The staff were ignorant. Cleanliness was next to none. The night and day I was there I didn't meet anyone who could speak English.
General Comments
Romance Eden Club:
Spent 24 hours waiting for a room because when we arrived at 8pm they said there was none. so we slept in reception with 5 sunbed mattresses. I didn't want to go to sleep incase the flies ate me. I wish if I took fly killer with me because they are really irritating when you are exhausted and tired. The next day we was waiting to be transferred to another hotel but this didn't happen until bout 6pm. The flies again seemed to run the whole of the restaurant. As I looked in through the window the flies ate most of the food while the guests at the hotel starved.

I think the people who wrote here before were unlucky and that things have changed in the Eden Club or they were staying somewhere else because we just got back from there and had a brilliant week.
The staff all speak English and the manager, (who is the new owner so maybe he has made changes) told us he is trying to get more Brits there. We have told them some more suggestions to help but it is well on it way now.
The staff in the animation crew who did the shows and organised games of volleyball, football, archery, darts etc. They are very talented people and their shows that they put on for us at night were excellent. The comedy shows were funnier than anything i have seen on tv.
The pools are clean and the waterpark with its 5 waterslides are great fun, there are lifeguards there to watch but they pretty much let you do whatever you want to do.
The food was ok, not my favourite kind of food but very much edilble. There was as much drink as you liked until 11pm everyday. The soft drinks was real coke, fanta and sprite and the local beer was nice. There is local wine and cocktails on at night too.
Yes there was flies and there was wasps but i don't think this is anything the hotel can do about it.
The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels put out, we even got flowers and clothes folded by the chamber maid too.
The sea was great to swim in, it has a high salt content and it keeps you afloat so very relaxing. There is alot of seaweed in the water but again i fail to see what the hotel management can do about this.
All round it was a great holiday and i would go back again without a second thought.
