Bad Points
On Board Service. Food. Toilet hygiene.
General Comments
My wife and I travelled from Colombo to Heathrow with Air Sri Lanka. We were given an impressive menu, but in reality only two choices. We asked for the Fish Dish but received a chicken "curry" with rice which was almost inedible. Only a glass of wine was offered with the meal and for the rest of the trip the cabin staff just "disappeared". Only three out of four toilets were working and in each of these there were at the beginning of the flight, only two toilet rolls. Within about three hours the toilets were unusable. I wrote to airline and complained, but still have had no reply (three months later).

It looks as if the person who wrote this, has heavily lathered his review with exaggeration. Its funny because 1) Now we know how much free time this person has 2) the extreme levels some people can go to degrade an excellent airline for no apparent reason. (Geez! How rude of me to say that this airline won the best cabin staff award even when such an 'honest' person has written such an 'honest' review)
