Utterly incompentent

General Comments
Avoid Scottish Power like the plague, they are beyond useless, they cantt get my address right so I get no bills just phone calls asking for payment. Complaints are ignored for over a month.
Any money I did save with them has gone in phone calls trying to correct the almighty mess they have made with our account.
