Bad Points
Inability to contact a staff member
General Comments
A junior staff member from the Royal Bank of Scotland in a central London branch refused to provide the address or phone number of a team leader in the marketing department whom I wanted to contact since she said he maintained no contact with a client or prospect. She refused to pass on a message to the individual in question.

So what is your point?? Why did you not ask to speak to a more senior member of staff who would probably been able to help you out?

<br>Just because you did not get a telephone number straight away does not make RBS a bad bank!
