Screen freezes, messages late, pictures are too dark.

General Comments
The O2 X1 is the worst phone I have ever had. The screen always freezes, the messages are always late + you can only store 20. I've taken mine back three times and am still having problems with it. Basically don't buy one you're better of with a house brick.
