General Comments
This Sharp GX30 mobile phone has a great 1 megapixel digital camera, but that does not make it a great phone. The camera is the selling point and the best feature. Picture and 256k colour screen quality are excellent. The video capture is average, somewhat jerky, but allows you to take around 45 seconds of footage. Both camera and video uses the battery in no time. Infact the battery doesnt last well at all, ive been getting between 1-2 days on average. Its the other features that let the phone down. Little niggly things that you would take for granted on a Nokia. You cant play mp3 files as your ringtone. The alarm/reminder features are poor to non existent, calendar is basic and so on. So if you want a good camera phone i would recommend. If you would prefer a more user friendly phone with more features, the latest Nokias are your best bet. Its good value on-line at Vodafone at the present.
