Good Points
I have lost 3 stone in 3 1/2 months, I have also recommended it to three friends who are losing the weight again. I tried the atkins diet but it didn't agree with me, the high protein diet is ideal, especially been allowed a slice of toast for breakfast.
Bad Points
Losing weight quickly means I have to spend money on new clothes.
General Comments
I will give this book 10 out of 10. I bought the Charles Clark's The New High Protein Diet from Asda for £3.97. Why didn't I see this book before. The weight is coming off and I feel great. Everybody is commenting on how well I have done and I keep telling them that there is no effort going in to it. 3 of my friends have started and they have lost weight. I think the book is great. I have tried every diet going, but this one is for me. I used to be size 22, now I'm down to 16, my target is 12/14. Thank you doctor Charles Clark.

I have now ordered this book online have tried atkins in the past but there is too much fat in the diet and i have gallstones so not so good. Fingers crossed for success this time!
