I ordered a bottle of perfume for my daughter for Christmas (guaranteed delivery) had still heard nothing even after numerous e mails (unanswered) and hours trying to get through on phone. Surprisingly again (no answer) to finally get an e mail on the 14tg January telling me my order had been cancelled. SHAM OF A COMPANY !! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!

Do not buy from this company. Bought item on the 7 Dec not receved. Did not tracking number. Have not received item. Emails do not get answered and the phone does not get picked up. Sham company and disappointed presents did not arrived for Christmas. Very e pensive mistake !

Ordered item on 18th December and still not received. No answer to 4 emails or any telephone calls. I think that this business is either a sham or something similar.

Placed an order with this so called company on 14th December, and I am still waiting for the order to arrive. I have tried ringing the 'customer service' telephone number which is a waste of time as no one ever answers, and tried emailing too to which I have not had a reply. This company in my opinion is fraudulent, they take your money but do not provide your goods. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Innocent people are being ripped off.

Another fool, who ordered Christmas gifts that were not received. No answer to emails, and you hold on the phone for ever.

Hoping to get refund via credit card company, but at the moment they don't seem eager to help me

I've now ordered from Amazon so have paid for perfume twice ! Expensive mistake

Do not buy from this company ordered from them 2 weeks ago still nothing, was meant to get within 3 days as I paid for tracked postage, tried to email no reply , tried to call them waited for 45 mins no reply , have now called my credit card company . please do not buy from them I now think its a sham company, I'll need to purchase this Christmas gift elsewhere at least I still have time others may not .

i was sooo scared after i bought from here and ready the reviews made me scared, i thought i was not going to receive my perfumes but i did receive my perfumes..Thank u soo much...one disadvantage is that ..the customer services never pick the phones.

came quick and i was happy as i was worried after

says. It came in 3 days of ordering and a day before

I ordered some perfume and two weeks later it still is not here..... having tried and failed to contact them ( they never answer the customer service line) i also emailed twice......( ooooo what a shock) no reply! So now i am about to ring my credit card company and do a charge back.......BUY AT YOUR PERIL!!

Paid in February for two items which I have never received...no dispatch notice sent and so far no response from the company about my non delivered items. Paypal dispute raised but still nothing!
