Good Points
The unit operates very well. Phones is great, PDA is Great. Watching movies works well too. I am very happy with the unit in general

Bad Points
A little fragile for my liking. I have broken the screen once by dropping it from my belt on to the floor. I now have a metal case for it which I bought after market. The BlueTooth stuff works but the user interface could be better. I understand this is a Pocket PC issue and not a XDA issue but switching between the BlueTooth headset and the phone is a little difficult. The Pocket PC OS cannot mute the BlueTooth headset which is a serious limitation if you do conferences like I do.

General Comments
The Layout of the O2 XDA Mobile Phone is good. Buttons are fine. Very happy with the unit
