“Unreliable not recommended ”

This company took my order and my money for a product which they did not have to sell. I've waited 2 months and have still not received my order. I have telephoned & emailed hem on 4 occasions but they have made no effort to contact me. On every occasion that I have made contact they have at least replied with a promise that they were receiving stock very shortly & would dispatch to me on 24 hour delivery. I'm still waiting! Not a reliable company in my opinion.
