On time, reliable, help with cases, plenty of departure times

Bad Points
Gatwick bus departure terminal is a mess and needs sorting out

General Comments
We have used National Express a few times traveling to Heathrow and Gatwick from south Wales. The service is reliable and economical....highly recommended
