In 2006 we bought an Intoto Kitchen in Teddington and were very happy with our experience. From sales pitch, to product designed and installation we were very happy. Having recently moved house we decided to go with Intoto again but this time using a different branch (Guildford) - how shambolic! The proprietor consistently failed to return phone calls, when we did speak to him he would promise to call back within hours with answers to specific questions, and NEVER did. Whilst his manner was (mostly) polite his customer service was appauling.



The kitchen has been part installed (six weeks late) but with many items missing or faulty. We are now very close to Christmas (which we are hosting)without worktops and several other critcial items. When trying to withold part-payment to reflect our concerns, the proprietor blackmailed us by saying that if we didn't pay he would cancel the granite worktop order so we wouldn't have a kitchen for Christmas. You can't trust people like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
