CLAIROL NICE'N'EASY PERFET 10



Bought this a couple of months ago and then decided to use it in place of my usual Nice'N'Easy. I am 66, was a natural light blonde, so have sort of a mixture of light to dark blonde with a lot of white at the front.

The colour did what it said it would in, 10 minutes, ie. it coloured all of my hair to the blonde shade on the packet, so...... I thought that it was great.

BUT and it is a big but, it has left my hair in awful condition in that it is very floppy (even when I do not use their supplied conditioner) and it is greasy within a few hours of washing it. Repeated washes, missing out any sort of conditioner have not altered this either!

Now, to be fair, I have very thick, short hair which does become greasy if I do not wash it at least every other day, BUT this product has made it infinitely worse - it seems not to hold the style (I use gas curling tongs) and all-in-all it is is a good job that I have my hair cut on a regular basis, so that it will soon be got rid of. Heaven knows what the effect will be on long hair.

The appearance of my hair ( I mean the shine or, rather, lack of it)is not as good as their old established Nice'N'Easy either.

The fact that this product works within 10 minutes says to me, actually, that there is some extra noxious ingredient contained therein to facilitate this and I for one, will NEVER use it again.

I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
