I am an experienced home bread maker. I owned an AWT Breville breadmaker for 7 years and thought I did not have any problems until a family member was given a Panasonic SD-255 for Christmas. Having seen the excellent loaves that were being produced time after time with this machine, I started to doubt my "old faithful". After many recipe changes and many flat heavy loaves later (trying to achieve the perfect loaf), I finally chucked in the towel and purchased the Panasonic SD-255. I have to say that this machine is far superior to my old one and makes superb bread. It is very easy to use, easy to clean, and the recipes are spot on. The bread is delicious and I will not be looking back at all. I can't wait to make my next tasty loaf!
