There aren't any...well, I suppose after Tony, the team manager took three days to call me back he appologised and offered me a second cover for my mobile

General Comments
Well, I thought I would order myself a Nokia 7210 on a Talk 200 Orange Plan.

I did that on the 25/3. It should have arrived on the 27/ never did.

So I tried to ring them...and email them...and request call back via their webpage. And I didn't give up.

Until I spoke to Riemon on the 7/3! He said he'll check the whole thing out for me and ring me. He never did.

I managed to get through to them on the 10/3 again. That was when they told me that I didn't receive my order cause they are actually out of stock. Delivery is expected on the 12/3 and I'll have my mobile on the 13/3. Needless to say that it never arrived.

So I rang again on the 13/3. Delivery is expected between the 14th and 17th....

Well, it's the 27th today. A month and two days I have been waiting.

I waited three days for the manager to ring me back...when he did he had 10 excuses why they never answer the phone or reply to the 25! emails I wrote in one day.

He promised me though that he'll stay in touch and let me know about the progress. I could have cancelled my order there and then and I was so tempted..but I didn't cause I wanted to make a point.

Well, never heard from Tony again...and I will cancel my stupid order and order it from Carphonewarehouse...

I would be very very interested to find out if anybody got similar experience with digitalmobile.
