Sent an absolutely immaculate Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus to them. Tried to chage the offer, citing made up defects. Rejected their offer and I'm now stressed about getting back my goods in the perfect condition they were sent in. Not worth the stress. Sell on the high street or ebay/gumtree instead.
